Francis is a lawyer and a member of the Québec Bar. Before founding Exeo, he worked for one of the leading business immigration firms in Hong Kong. There, he helped hundreds of individuals immigrate to Canada and the United States. Working for one of the most important immigration law firms in Canada, he then assisted many companies to regularize the status of their foreign workers.
In addition to representing those clients, Francis gave many conferences across Asia and Europe on Canadian and American business immigration programs.
Francis began his career with two of Canada’s biggest law firms. He holds law degrees from the University of Montreal and Université Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and political science from the University of Montreal.

Marc-André is a co-founder of Exeo Attorneys and practices in business immigration since 2010. He is a member of the Expert Group of the Barreau du Québec in immigration and citizenship law. He is admitted to the Bar of Québec (Canada) and of the State of New York (United States).
He sits on the Immigration and Citizenship Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association, Québec Division and is a member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the International Union of Lawyers, where he gives several workshops and conferences.
Frequently asked to comment on Canadian and American immigration law issues, Marc-André Séguin has been cited for his expertise in the media in Québec, Canada, the United States, Mexico and France. He is also regularly invited by Chambers of Commerce to discuss issues related to business immigration.
He is the founding President of the non-profit organization For Refugees, whose work has been making international headlines since 2017, and also sits on the board of directors of several organizations in Canada and abroad.
Marc-André graduated in Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University and holds a Masters in Asian Legal Studies from the National University of Singapore.
He is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Laurence Trempe is a Partner at EXEO and our Mobility Manager. She worked for the Canadian Federal Public Service for several years, in collaboration with different departments. In 2009, she left the Federal Public Service to join the private legal practice specialized in business immigration and international mobility.
Over the last 18 years, through her combined public-private work experience, she has acquired a wide and extensive expertise in her domain, representing companies of different scale (start-up to multinational) as well as individuals with their international mobility needs.She excels at helping clients overcome medical inadmissibilities, and in responding to administrative reviews. Laurence is also on the Executive Committee and Administrative board of the Quebec Lawyers Immigration Association (AQAADI) and has written multiple legal briefs addressed to the Quebec government regarding immigration regulation on behalf of this organization.
Finally, Laurence has been training multiple HR departments and has given several conferences to various Chambers of Commerce, Associations, and Public organizations. She graduated from law school in 2004 (LL.B), and pursued with South-East Asian studies. She is a Quebec Bar member since 2009. Finally, Laurence started her master degree in law (LL.M) at Ottawa University in 2018.

Mobility Program, Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), and U.S. Immigration with more than eight years of legal experience. She is a graduate of O'Sullivan College with a degree in Paralegal Technology (2014) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concordia University (2011).


After studying languages at the University of Economics in St. Petersburg, Russia, Léa completed a master's degree in sociology at the University of Savoie-Mont-Blanc. It is through this master's degree that she discovered the world of human resources and communication.
In addition to French and English, Léa speaks Russian.

Teresita is devoted to customer service and is always looking to provide all the comfort and assurance during a process by bringing the best service to all of her clients.
Teresita is fluent in Spanish, English and French and she attends to the firm’s needs with the same passion she brings to her outdoor exercises and her affinity with nature.

Prior to joining Exeo’s team in 2021 she worked in logistics for diplomatic, private and military flights with embassies in Mexico City. She also has experience in sales, interpretation, translation and management.
Paulina enjoys traveling, languages and outdoor activities.
She speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.
