With over a decade of experience in complex global mobility matters and Canadian corporate immigration, Cristina brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.

Prior to joining Exeo, Cristina held key positions within the federal government of Canada and a major Canadian law firm, where she mastered her skills in navigating complex legal landscapes. Fluent in five languages, she has become a trusted advisor to multinational corporations on a wide range of immigration issues, including corporate labor shortages, workers’ inadmissibility, and high-stakes international mobility projects.

Cristina’s practice extends to representing clients in immigration compliance inspections, due diligence reviews, and proceedings before various decision-making bodies. Her commitment to staying updated on legislative changes in Canadian immigration law has made her a sought-after resource for advising companies on global mobility policies and restructuring strategies.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws degree.
